DELIVERY & SHIPPING

How long does delivery take? All our furniture is handcrafted or made-to-order. Production takes 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

  • Poland: 5–10 business days
  • European Union: 7–14 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery is 5–10 weeks depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For certain destinations or oversized items, we may contact you to confirm a freight quote  you are never charged without your approval.

Do you deliver to my country? We currently ship to Poland and all European Union countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email. Please note that freight shipments may have limited tracking updates compared to standard parcel carriers.

What happens if I'm not home for delivery? Our carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. If a delivery attempt fails due to no access or an incorrect address, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure someone is available during the agreed delivery window.

Is delivery to my room included, or just curbside? Standard delivery is curbside  to the entrance of your building. If you require white-glove or room-of-choice delivery, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise on availability and any additional cost.


PRODUCTS & QUALITY

Is your furniture made to order? Yes. Most of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order, which means production begins after your order is confirmed. This ensures quality and allows for a focused, careful manufacturing process.

What materials do you use? We work with experienced manufacturers who use durable frame construction, high-quality upholstery materials, and reliable internal components designed for long-term everyday use. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

Are there variations between the product photo and what I receive? Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture, slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes. If you have questions about a specific piece, contact us before ordering.

Do you offer custom sizes or colours? We occasionally accommodate custom requests. Please contact us at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss options and lead times.

Does the furniture come assembled? Unless stated otherwise in the product listing, furniture is delivered unassembled. Assembly instructions are included. If you require assembly assistance, please contact us in advance.


ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add your chosen piece to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? As our furniture is made to order, we begin production shortly after order confirmation. Please contact us as soon as possible at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com if you need to make changes. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before production begins.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Please contact us at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Are made-to-order items returnable? Custom-made or made-to-order furniture is exempt from the standard right of withdrawal, as it is produced specifically to your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you are always entitled to a remedy regardless of this exemption.

How do I return an item? Contact us at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How long does a refund take? Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days.

What if my furniture arrives damaged? Please inspect your order carefully before signing the delivery note. If damage is found, note it on the delivery document and contact us within 7 days at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights are always protected.

Where is the furniture manufactured? Our furniture is manufactured in Poland by experienced craftspeople focused on quality and durability.

Are you a registered EU business? Yes. Don Furniture is operated by Don Agency Sp. z o.o., a company registered in Poland under KRS 0001073665, NIP 7831893122, REGON 527133523. We operate in full compliance with Polish and European Union regulations.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

Do your prices include VAT? Prices displayed on our store include VAT where applicable. The final price including any applicable taxes and shipping is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Do I have the right to withdraw from my order? Yes. EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason, except for custom-made or made-to-order items. To exercise this right, contact us at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com before the 30-day period expires.

How do I raise a dispute? We always aim to resolve issues directly and quickly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact your local consumer protection authority.
