Shipping Policy
We manufacture our furniture in Poland and ship to Poland and European Union countries.
Order Processing & Production Time
All our furniture is handcrafted or made-to-order. Please allow the following before shipment:
- Production time: 3–5 weeks from order confirmation
- You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched
We do not begin production until payment is confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- Poland: 5–10 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and circumstances beyond our control. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 5–10 weeks depending on destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. For certain destinations or oversized items, we may contact you after order placement to confirm a freight quote in such cases, you are not charged until you approve the final shipping cost.
Shipping Method
Due to the size and weight of our furniture, all orders are shipped via freight or specialist furniture carriers. Where available, we provide shipment tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Conditions
- Delivery is curbside (to the entrance of your building) unless a white-glove or room-of-choice service has been agreed in advance
- Please ensure adequate access for large items prior to delivery
- Furniture is delivered unassembled unless stated otherwise in the product listing
- Please inspect your order carefully before signing the delivery note. If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery document and contact us immediately at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com with photos
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to circumstances on your side (e.g. no access, incorrect address), re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the agreed window.
Late or Delayed Deliveries
We will notify you as soon as possible if we become aware of a delay. If your order is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and we are unable to arrange delivery within a reasonable additional period, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Customs & Import Duties (USA & Non-EU Orders)
For shipments outside the European Union, including the United States:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
Damaged Goods
If your furniture arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights under EU law are not affected.
