Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.
Your Right to Withdraw (EU Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com before the 30-day period expires.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are exempt from the standard return right:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture (unless the item arrives damaged or defective your statutory rights are always protected)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate. Your statutory rights under EU law are not affected by any internal reporting timeframes.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier in accordance with EU law.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. We will cover return shipping costs in all cases where the return is due to our error.
