By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Due to the handcrafted nature of our furniture, slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not represent exact specifications.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 14 calendar days.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com before the 30-day period expires. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made or made-to-order furniture produced to your specifications
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and product descriptions is the property of Don Agency Sp. z o.o. and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any complaints quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at donfurniturepoland@gmail.com.

You may also contact your local consumer protection authority or the relevant supervisory body in your country.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the ODR platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kraków, Poland, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
